That is what Axis call the extra lip in the back. all wheels are 19x8 front and rear but the rear has more of a lip than the front.

I'd like to put together a little spreadsheet of fitments for Celicas. I saw one for Supras and I liked it. It'll help with the newbs. I'm thinking yours are 40mm. Which look great still. Thus the reason for your rear lip not to be cut. Let me know

That is why I said that I dont think they are impractical for the Celica. Besides my car is a Convertible all I want to do is cruise with the top down... I dont see myself spending money on performance mods. that is a waste of money.
