 Factory Alarm....., ..... is messing with my head |

For some reason my alarm will suddenly decide to go off - this is happening completely randomly in my garage
 last night it happened at 3am! Today at lunch.... My neighbors are really getting ****ty at me - I live in a block of apartments. It doesn't have the radar option - so it's not due to something moving around or it being too close to the walls, and theres no pets or anything nearby.. It seems to run completely perfectly other than that though.. Just checking if maybe if its something obvious im missing.. any ideas?

Mine did the exact same thing, turns out my battery would die and then kick back on causing it to set off my alarm.
