what are those boxes for that appear in our profile when leaving a post...and mine says warn (0%) or something...im kinda new to this so help me out...haha

Those boxes are for your warning level. 0% is where you want to be. If we have to warn people, we sometimes ban them completely or temporarily disable their posting abilities.
