Does the 96-99 front bumper the same size as the 94-95 so a person with the 95 could switch them because i love the way the 96-99 ones have the built in fog lights.

The 96-99 'facelift' bumper will fit the 94-95 cars no problem. I did this myself and there is no gaps or anything and all the bolts line up with the original holes etc.
The only thing I had to buy extra was the foglight brackets that hold the fogs in the right place.
Got them from Toyota about $20 each.
I agree the later bumpers look better.

Fair question....I prefer the design of the later bumper, just looks a bit more modern than the old '94 bumper.
Also of course with this bumper you get 'proper' clear indicators and those bring it up to date.
Orange lights don't look great, especially on black cars.
I think it gave my car a new look without having to fit a complete bodykit.
