i have a 99 celica and i was wonder if anyone knew of any tuning shops in columbus ohio or know and online shops that have things like turbochargers, manifolds, and such...thanks

you wont find anything for the Celica.
All turbos/manifolds are done custom, or setup by a strong enthusiast using JDM parts. There are many topics in these boards about turbo'n your Celica. I dont know if you have a ST or a GT, but theres a ST turbo post about 2 below this one  . i have a 99 gt...i dont know much about performance mods, so can someone give me some advice on how to obtain a turbo charger or what pieces i should buy?

Look int the stickies on the top of the engine, transmission, performance. It says "how to turbo your 5sfe, and in there will be a list o items needed for a turbo.
