Well I heard that toothpaste can get out minor scratches in windows. Is that an urban myth or something or does it work?

I don't know if it does or not. But i heard that if you put toothpaste on someone's car overnight and they take it off in the morning then it peels off the paint also. Trick-or-Treak shiit right there.

Funniest thing i've done to someone else's car was i jacked up all the tires and took them off, then set the car back down onto the rims so he would have a hard ass time getting the wheels back on.

toothpaste??? confused.gif what the....

first of all, all it is is flouride, and some other ingredients if u got the tartar control or plaque treatment, all water soluble, meaning if u put it on ur car it will wash off. ur not brushing ur car, lol. i think someone confused this with getting scratches off of a cd with nail polish and just decided on making it a myth for cars. toothpaste will just smear on the window. i dunno, maybe the toothpaste gel will work. tongue.gif

at least the window will smell minty biggrin.gif

Haven't tried it but you can imagine if tooth whitener can skim the
surface of tooth enamel (the hardest substance in the human body)
then what would it do to glass!!
