Is there a big difference between Injen and lets say the WeaponR Dragon.

I've got the dragon. It worked great (it's not on the car right now.) I'm about to buy a DR CAI for 220. I'll sell you the dragon with filter if you want it. And as for the engine, a short ram is a short ram.

Honestly, its not really worth the 220$ to ditch your short ram for a CAI. CAI's do look very nice, but I think short ram's look even better. On a performance level, i've used both, and honestly theres no real highlighted performance gain from either, except the fact it feels like your car wants to go more often than normal. Both sound great, both look great, both pretty much do the same = get the cheaper one.

i'm a fan of the dr CAI..but that's just me and i am the type of person that shells out ton of money to get the one that looks the best..because im dumb

Don't spend hella money on the Injen or WeaponR. Unless you are goin for looks so you can take your car to shows or something. I would go with the WeaponR in that case.
