That would be because(like I just told you a few minutes ago) now management has to approve your posts before they're viewed by everyone. We're sick of the trouble you start, the useless, negative posts, etc.

Actually, a lot of your posts are useless...but rather than being useless in a non-harmful way such as a person asking a question that's been answered once before, yours are often personal attacks on people.
