I went to kragens to buy touch-up paint and i saw a suction dent remover for $3.00. Can those things suck small dents out? How good are those things?

I had a big dent on my door and I bought a $3.00 dent remover from AutoZone and it worked prefectly. But the only thing is the dent needs to be larger than the dent remover itself, and, if there are any natural creases in the body it wont work 100% but it will get a large part of the dent out.
