My car is so dirty and some guys wrote on the side of it

One time, I was really lazy and didnt wash my car for like a month and I came walkin up to my car in a parking lot and someone drew a smily face lik this:
on my driver's side door... Dont know who did it, but I was pissed someone drew on it... Only im allowed t do it, and even then, I still wouldn't do it.... people really suck sometimes... LOL
