Any suggestions on how to keep my rear view mirror from moving around while bumpin? (Not as in vibrating excessively but actually moving out of position)

mine does that, it will slide down out of position, etc. I think some of that vinyl streach electrical tape would do it, just get some black and wrap it very tightly around the stem of the mirror.

Here's something my wife and I came up with: Fill the internal part of the mirror assembly with concret or sound dampening foam, run a bendable metal wire (I have some at my work that have a soft nice looking nylon surface protecting it) and use the bendable wire to keep the mirror steady.. Whatcha guys think?

What the hell is "sexy trenz" and does it keep the mirror from vibrating around so much?
