Pulled over a block from my house, no frunt plate Options

I do have a frunt plate but its in the window, anyway yeah I got pulled over coming home from my first shift today, total bs, the guy busted a U turn fallowed be for a mile, and flipped the lights. he had a bad a55 attitude and was real mean to me, I just stuck with the usual yes sir, no sir and I also said that as soon as i got home I'll put it on etc. but then he says he has seen me and "I'm good with faces" I did not wana tell him, but I think it was the same guy that pulled me over for my subs back in my accord (years ago, I got a $250 ticket for it (he said he could her my subs 265 feet away witch was bs,) I'll never forget that guy, dropped to $75 in court) out of pure luck I got to my remote and killed my bass the sec I saw him so he did not get that on me and I dont speed where I was driving because its technicly a school zone, but dang not one block from my house, if only he had waited till I got in my drive way, that would have been interesting.

Side note: Its a $180 fine if you dont have your frunt plate on the bumper in wash.
He said if he ever see's me agian without it he's writing me up, i'm not gana be albe to talk my way out again.

Other then that he was about 3 miles out of jerestiction(sp) kennmore cop in unincorperated king county, but I was not gana call him on it.

Oh thats all BS. I hate cops, but then again, I have never had a plate on my front, and my music is norm to loud. and i have never been stoped unless i go way over the speedlimit or do doughnuts or just somthing really stupid. I like MD

Doesn't matter if they're outta their area. They'll still write u up, and the court wants money. Bottom line to cops: you were breaking the law, and no matter where they are, they were going to "bring justice" to the roads

ha thats not bad - i got pulled over 5 houses away from where my house was for no front plate! college neighbors came out laughing cuz they thought it was for speeding. they even hosed my car while i drove by once.

A PIG cannot pull you over out of jurisdiction....thats the LAW....thats why there is JURISDICTION...a MD cop can't pull you over if you get across the VA boarder...he's outta jurisdiction and Louden County cop can't pull me over if i'm in Fairfax county its just that simple i would have told him to F of and that he's not in jurisdiction haha

I explained to him that they hadnt come int he mail yet but he still gave it to me. Finally just two days ago my plates came in the mail. I duno y dmv takes so long but they do.

You uhh, show up in court? Prove that you didn't get the plates for another 2 days. Did he write: NO INSURANCE on your ticket? I once couldn't provide insurance papers (that weren't expired) but the cop didn't care, just wrote me up for speeding.

why does it even matter is it that they have a hard time clocking your speed withogh that flat surface, there has to be a reson.

PS: I put my frunt plate on i think I lost liek 5hp from the wind resistance now but if it will save me $180, I'll live.

yeah i put mine on ASAP when i got pulled over for it but now a little over a year later its back off. My car looks different and i doubt the same cop will remember telling me a year ago about it. Ive had it off for 4 months with no problems and have been pulled over once since then with it off with no problem.

I really do believe they just use it as an excuse to find a bigger problem

Hmm. Yesterday at my bud's house we were listening to the scanner and someone got pulled over for no front plate. I was like erm. Then later today it got nice out and I let the Celi loose for a while and I was afraid of the whole no front plate thing. So then I stuck it up in the window. Maybe i'll just put it back on. Even though I won't be driving it a whole lot.
