ok, for my school project in a CADD class, i have to find a product and improve it, and draw out the plans using a cadd program. so....what on our cars, im thinking interior wise....any ideas? if its good enough, i can have them made easily, as im doing the design work for the class, so its send the cadd files to be manufactured.

yeah, that was my first thought, anything larger than a can of pop is a big pain while driving....but what could i do....get rid of the part the slides out, and cut holes in, eliminating the ash tray....? or what are your ideas? how about a part that slides out from the side of the console, like the one we have now, but going towards the passenger? or something like that? or what are other things that bug people about our cars? i know there has to be more.

I wish the emergency brake was on the other side so I wouldn't have to reach over it when I shift.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

I think a good place to put a cup holder would be in the pocket right next to the cigarette lighter. You know one of the expandable/resizable ones so it would actually fit in the space. Shouldn't be in the way anymore than it already is.

I think your supose to put the e-brake down when you drive.

My cad project (back in high school) was a redesigned key board, one that split in the center so that you could have each hand in a diff angle or a few feet away for comfort etc. (I usde rhino to do it because rhino is far better then autoCAD)

ideas:
- Better looking climate control
- cub holders, but dont no where to put them
- center console redesign
- glove box door that hold a ps2
- stearing wheel with lcd build in, or dash with lcd built in
- design a fiberglass sub box for the trunk
- body kit
- degin a new intake
- better seats
- basicly anything can be maid better in some sence.

I know it is supposed to be down but it still sticks up a few inches while its down. Also our cars have very good seats (beats a new civic or jetta by far) so I don't really see a point to redesigning them.
