I pulled my left, lower back bad, and it's killling me. I pulled it during an indoor soccer game. I've already taken 5 IBprofen, and have already iced for 20 minutes, laying on the floor almost un able to move.

My friend did the exact same thing while bicep curling at the gym
only thing that will help you now is rest man.. Don't put stress on it and just let it be... My only and ebst suggestion would be L-Glutamine and whey protein to repair damaged muscle tissue quicker.. you can buy both at any health food store -------------------- ![]() |

i actually have that stuff (for lifting of course) Very good idea mike, thankyou. Anyone else's suggestions are of course invited and appreciated

take a hot bath or shower. that always help me. also try to keep on stretching it.
