i installed my front splits (kicker k65.2) about a week ago and ive been meaning to ask, did anyone have trouble putting on the aftermarket grille? Because you know how the door has the black grille covering the speakers, and its part of the door (cant be just popped/screwed off) that bit is in the way when i tried to put it back on with the kickers having the kicker grille on. so i ended up just taking off the kicker grille. should i just cut the stock one off if i want to have the kicker one showing?

hmm if you want it to look good I would say that part of the door needs to be sanded down and then painted. Then use washers like amy said to make it flush (if it wasn't so bloody cold out I would try this on my extra panel grrr)
