If on some ones dirty car you will write : WASH ME!!! the owner may not react, and car will be still dirty...
If on the same car you will write: COPS ARE STUPID !!!! The wash process will come quickly... And it is even better to write somthing like: F... all COPS... Then washing will come imidiatly..

hmm a bit true - but if u write anything on my dirty car its gonna get washed within a day!
