That car is the ****!
Over 200mph easy, and Top Secret are hella up there on respect levels!

I love that car so much, it came over to the UK a long while ago and Mr. Nagata (Think thats his name) attempted 200mph on the A1 motorway, unfortunately he was caught i think at 193mph! tongue.gif

I hope to have something similar in my garage one day wink.gif

Now if only you can have what you want...nah that's not possible.

Why do you guys keep on talkin about Supra's? This is a Celica forum! In other words, one arm is wrapped around your girl while your eyes lookin at a hot chick walkin by pass you...poor celica.
------------
AFter browsin through the link that gosu provided to us, the information is helpful.

Question: If the supra is converted to the 3S-GTE than will it an AWD or still RWD?

Question: Is that a fan? (2nd pic) <---Need more info on it. That's an absolute great idea to better improve cooling.

Questoin: What's that in the third pic? a BOV or something?

the 03 topsecret supra is incredable too, they used a R34 motor in the newest one...

What's a R32? Skyline?

I wonder if that BOV is custom made..if that third pic is a BOV

Where in the article says that it is still RWD? 3S-GTE...Very interesting.

Could the 3s that they used be a Type A?

You would hear about the R32, R33, R34 Skyline.

It is a nissan high performance car with a race engine.

http://www.skylinegtr.com

The Top Secret Supra is a RWD.

The BOV does not have to be custom made.

There have Greddy and HKS if not you just install 2 blitz bov.

Eitherway, the third pic shows a Wastegate.

Most probably can handle up to 1000+hp

Some of you are suprise of how this car is setup. Please check out some import racing videos, especially drag racing. The amount of stress on the car body during acceleration and dec. and wind resistances are so high, you would be surprise to see how the body flexs in slow motion.

I didn't see the turbo on the third pic. Must've ignored it since there was something so huge!

Westminist, why is that wastegate so big?

As I said to handle exhaust pressures that will bypass the turbo. It must have flow upto and over 1000+hp.

How easy would it be to transplant a 3SGTE engine into a Supra, what would have to be done (In general terms).

Also would the lighter engine (3SGTE), really provide a better performance all round than the supras original engine?

Just interested? rolleyes.gif

In my opinion, it would be more cost effective to get yourself a front and rear cut of an ST205 and do the AWD conversion.

Because there would probably be a lot of frame re-adjustments in the engine bay to go from a 3.0 Liter inline 6 to a 2.0 Liter inline 4.

So Would you say it is a relatively easy engine transplant, or are there hella difficulties?

Also what would the 3SGTE engine need bhp wise to keep up with the current stats of the original Twin Turbo engine, if you get me?

I am very interested in this, so any help, information would be appreciated.

Im presuming the engine is from the MR2 Turbo (3SGTE) is this correct?

evolve, 3s-gte comes from a 6th gen gt-4. the 3s from Mr2 is from 5th gen.

Twin Turbo setup - It's not all about Twin Turbo. If you're a Supra owner you'll know why. Most MK4 supra owners want to go single turbo.
