What is the difference in appearance of the lip and the whole bumper? Does one sit lower than the other. I would like to get the one that sits higher so i could lower the car more. Does the fitment of each the same or does one fit different than another?

The difference between a lip and a whole bumper is simple. A lip is just an add on to the stock bumper u got now. Zephyr or Z-glide is a lip kit. Invader, Combat and the others replaces the entire bumper. The Zephyr front lip sits the same height and i dont think can really be adjusted unless u get em custom made or somethin or if the person installin the kit can do soemthin bout it. Hope this answers ur question.

the style 404 is the whole bumper correct? now, is there any difference from that and the zephyr lip as in appearance wise? when you look at 2 different celicas, one with lip and one with whole front bumper, what would you see different?

both the 404 style and the zephyr style are lip kits, the difference is in the manufacturer. 404 is erebuni, and zephyr is ViS racing, i cannot speak from experience but the consensus seems to be both companies are comparibly equal in quality.
EDIT: the difference you are seeing is erebuni sells a 404A and a 404B, the 404A is custom fit to work with the stock 94-95 front bumper, while the 404B is make specifically to fit the 96-99 bumpers... it just depends what bumper you have stock. -------------------- ![]() Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all No but I don't buy it Like anything you do, as anyone you are Cause I'm... I've been told that the invader bumper sits around 7" from the ground, so there's not to much problem scraping, but the 404, sits only about 5" from the ground, from my personal experience, I can tell you that having only 5" of ground clearence can be a pain in the ass.

I put my zypher lip on one day recently and messured from the ground to the bottom to be right around 6.5" or so. In other words its goning to be a pain in the ass to learn how to redrive the car again with a lower front but hey thats the price we pay for looks.
