hi guys!!!

i have a gt 98 and i am pretty sure i need to get new cv joints or axles so i need your advise about what and where to get a new set of cv joints. i have bought cv joints in the past at auto zone but the quality is not really the best.

should i buy oem cv joints from toyota dealer or autozone, maybe napa or carquest? any help or comment would be very appreciated.

99 bux each side from auto zone. u can get them for alot cheaper. Call around local places I am sure u can find a place that will rebuild the ones u have at a decent price. I was qouted 40 bux each side to have them rebuilt on my car. I think meyers can give them to you for 60 each side, but they are rebuilt axles same as you get at autozone.

Toyota, if you can afford it, otherwise I'd get a completely new aftermarket axle assembly, usually around $130-150, the rebuilt ones are not worth the trouble, put 3 in the right side b4 getting a new aftermarket one from Oreilly's, I strongly suggest hanging on to your originals if possible.
