Ok I have a 1994 St and I was wondering if there are good low priced piggyback computers or other management systems that take off the top speed limiter since the computer stops the engine when you hit around 113 or sumthing like that. I wanna be able to top it out and right now I cant do that.

The Celica ST barely has enough power to make it to 120mph... why you wanna go that fast... I'd rather not know.

I know its not powerpacked but I just wanna see the top speed of it and when its at 110 it still has some power left. Another question though when I go turbo in the future I will have to get an ems then right so wouldnt that do what im looking for so I could just wait till then?
