My old sidemarkers burnt out so i bought the clear ones to replace then. When i tried to turn them on they didn't work. Does anyone know if this is a problem with the wires or a fuse? Only the sidemarkers are being affected.

I know this is a stupid question, but did you replace the bulbs? If not, then you check the fuse. Then you check the wiring plug right behind the sidemarkers, then it's a wiring issue if thats not it, and you've got a lot of wire to chase.
Changing the housing is just a superficial change, its not gonna make a burnt bulb or bad wiring suddenly better This post has been edited by shid: Mar 22, 2005 - 1:37 PM |

Yeah, those bulbs are probably the most common bulbs to burn out on sixth gen. Celicas...I'd check to make sure they're not burnt out.

Yeah, then just to make sure you didn't unplug the wiring harness a couple inches away from the bulbs.
