I have a question. A lil prick at my school who thinks its cute to draw penis' on hoods did it to my car hood, and trunk. Problem is that my car was dirty, so its basically scratched in there. Can i get this kid to pay for a new paintjob?

Same thing happened to my car. But instead of the person drawing a penis, the person put on there 'muff diver' and I've washed it a few times since then, and it's still incredibly noticable.

If someone causes deliberate damage to your car it comes under the heading of Criminal Damage, I had water based paint chucked on my car the other week, even though it washed straight off, when I told the cops, they said it would go in their books as "criminal damage" just find some proof and he`s a gonner.

Remember, if you beat him to a pulp, you get an assault and battery charge and nothing for your car. Did he just draw it with his finger in the dust? If so wax buff polish, repeat, not necessarily in that order. If it was with a writing instrument, get witnesses and nail his ass to the wall.

Even if hes 18 and done on school grounds it can still go to court if police get involved and the kid wants to press charges for his a$$ being beat! Just let it go! so what u had to drive home with Penis on ur car ull live! Its done with and 20 bucks says it waxed out. Worst things have happend - like when i pissed some guys off and they threw a mocha in Coomers car and spit on it! He didnt even get mad at me. Though I went home afterwards cuz I felt so bad. :-(
