First id like to thank Pressure and Lagos for pointing out the oil return and feed line size.
i resized them both using a larger on the return and smaller on the feed. that alone helped. BUT the main reason why it smoked was....... im an idiot who changed the oil last with 15W-50 oil. WAY to thick for a turbo bearing. woot so no more smoke for me, made me so happy. so yeah now im using 10W-30. didnt think it would make that much difference till my buddy came over.
