yeah, i HAD a psp but i took it back because ALOT of people have been complaining about problems it had on other forums, plus it had like 10 dead pixels. I vow to buy another come fall when Sony sends some units with more reliabilty over here. As far as mounting goes, what do you want to do with it, mount it in your steering wheel and play it while driving? Why would you want to mount it?

the car mount is suppose to come out pretty soon. But you could buy a home dock and mount it to your dash board if you want to do that. I will figure out how to mount mine sometime this summer.

Umm what problems? I have 4 dead pixels on my psp but they aren't a big deal except on black screens. As for the psp having issues the us version doesn't have any. After all the square button issue was fixed before it shipped here, it doesn't launch umd's unless you twist it extremely hard (I tested it but was afraid to twist it further so I have yet to launch one), and the battery life is very decent for what it is so I dont know what your trouble is with it.

Back on topic why in the hell would you want to mount it? Umd movies are few and far between plus you would ahve to get to the back of the unit to insert them. Sony has crippled the memory stick's ability to play movies by decreasing the max resolution too boot. Seriously leave the psp out of the car and put in a dvd player.

the reason that i was wanting to mount it was because of the UMD movies. but the point that you made about the movies is true now that i think about it. the movies are going to be out soon. the other thing is that i am not trying to play games or anything, but i just wanted it for the movies. now that i think about it, it would be better to just buy a screen. does anyone know of a good place to buy just a screen. i work at Best Buy and the only thing that we carry is the indash DVD player with the flip out screen. or the DUAL with the 2.5 inch screen, which i think that migh be too small. what do you guys think?

i didnt have any other problems with my PSP other than pixels but i was afraid that i would have to go back like 5 times to find one without them. Go to Sony.com and go to the PSP board, SO many people bitch and moan about theirs having problems.
