Well, i've technically owned 5 celicas before this (86st 90gt 85gt-s 88alltrac 88gt-s), but here's my first 6th gen.

I bought it...off ebay. Going to pick it up tomorrow. And i hope its as good as it looked in the pics. it's a 94 ST with a little under 105k on the clock. 5-speed (like i'll ever buy anything else)

Here are a few:

It might be slow, but at least i'll be getting good gas mileage biggrin.gif

You'll be suprised how nice of car these are! They are fun to drive and look so good! I think my GT has a decent amout of power.. could have more, but i'm happy with it.

Welcome to the site!

No, it's not an STX. It would have badging. That's the only thing that makes an STX different.

thanks guys.

looks like now i'll have to wait until tomorrow to get it. today i was gonna go after work, but i'd have to wait awhile for my brother to get off work to go with me...and i'm just not sure the dealer would still be open by the time we can get up there. but tomorrow they're open till 9 instead of just 6.

but thanks for the welcome. smile.gif

Welcome Friend!

Are you planning on keeping that pinstripping on it. It kinda makes it look more like a tiburon tongue.gif

How much you pay for it? I've been looking for a 94-95 ST manual tranny for my gf. In CA they are all too expensive.

It looks real nice, welcome aboard!

STX badging is somthing the dealer does, i consider it a stx because its an st with gt options. Power windows, power doors, sun roof especially on a 94.

june 11th eh? dunno if i can make it. going on vacation to arizona till the 8th, and then i'm not sure whats up...cuz i've gotta get ready to move to nashville. will see if i can make it tho. i always wanted to make it the other years, and never have.

did get the car today tho. runs great smile.gif shifts great...etc. 125 miles back home, and not even down to 3/4 of a tank. hehe.

anyway...not sure about the pinstriping. never been a big fan of it...but don't want it to be a mess taking off or have the paint not match rolleyes.gif we'll see.

as for the options...yeah, it seems to have pretty much everything smile.gif inside is very nice.

and as for the price...well...lets just say i wouldn't sell it for what i paid. and the ones i've seen for sale are always more. i'm happy with what i paid, and what i got for the money. wink.gif
