check underneath your seats. There are 2-3 wires on each side and they plug into a harness. Make sure they are connected and the wires not cut/broken.

I had the same problem a few weeks back. I was headin 2 work n went 2 reach for my wallet when i was goin 2 get a coffee and i broke one of the wires going into the retainer. I had to pull the seat out, pull the cover off and solder in a new wire to fix it. Thats usually the problem, if you check and all the wires are fine, it might be a trouble code.

Eh, just make a jumper, and bypass it.. same with the door ajar speaker...
