Eh im not a huge batman fan at all but I just bought my boyfriend, his friend and his friends g/f and myself tickets to see Batman at the Imax theatre! Should be fun!

Anyone seen it yet? 10 bucks a piece to see it at the imax theatre seemed good to me!

I am seeing it tomorrow. A couple of friends at work saw it last night and they said it was easily the best one yet, nothing like the old ones, and the best film they have seen all year.

if you all can't tell, I like Batman too

I am a big batman fan and really liked it. It was very different from the other batman ones, even better than the first Tim Burton one. Waving a sock on a stick would be better than the Joel Schumacher ones.

See it and you wont be disapointed

yes def. best one out of all the others, but this is the first movie in a trilogy, this trilogy doesnt have anything to do with the other batman movies, and the next 2 movies will feature the joker and two-face as the main villains...

It was very good. I just got home from seeing it in an IMAX theater.

Totally set it up for the sequel, although my friend doesnt believe they will do it, he thinks that this and the other movies are linked, and well, they arent so he's buying my ticket when they do come out with 2.

Definately the best Batman movie so far. I hope there is a second but I think they designed the ending so that they have a choice to make a sequel/remake or just let it be a tie-in to the first Batman. Probably the best movie I'll see all year.

Just plain awesome....

Scarecrow was a dope ass villain. Loved it when Batman gave him a dose of his own medicine, he looked awesome!

Is Imax really worth it? I want to see it again and dont know if imax is worth the extra $$

Eh, its a big screen but not then its letterbox so its not the entire screen, and you sit alot closer. Its really cool, but it was $14, its more enjoyable, but I dont think its worth it.

14 dollars? it was 10 bucks at the IMAX I went to. I ended up with two spare tickets cuz my Boyfriends friend and his girlfriend couldnt come but it actually worked out cuz some little boy lost his ticket so I handed him one of our spares :-)

I dont think there will be a sequal. I think it just ties them all together.

EDIT: I take back what i just said cuz in the comic Books rachel is someones daughter i cant remember whose though and well they could make a movie around that. I think Judson Caspians daugther and i think Judson was the reaper...

Yeah Mac, Tim Burton did a good job on the first two but I still think that this one is better.

Speaking of Tim Burton any one else ready for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? Depp playing Wonka is going to be great.

there is goin to be a a 2nd and 3rd movie.. they announded it on tv, and christian bale is signed up to play batman in the next movies, so it wont be stupid like the others and have a different guy play batman.. plus the costume and batmobile wont change, as in the others... but this movie is not linked to the first one like others believe... if anyone remembers, in the first batman movie that was his first appearance to the people of gotham, and he gave commisioner gordon the bat signal so that if gotham ever needed his help, he would be there... but in batman begins this is also his first appearance to the people of gotham, and inspector gordon created the bat signal... and at the end he tells batman about a bank robber/murderer who leaves a joker card.. so how can these movies be tied together if batman makes a first appearance in both movies... plus in the first batman movie the joker, wasnt a lowly bank robber, he was more of a crime boss, and the other movies are more comedic/retro, with old 50's vehicles and such, and in batman begins its more modern, like today... if no one believes me then search for it on the internet, you'll find what im talking about.... rolleyes.gif

did anyone else get this??

if movie joke kills batmans parents .... and his angery and fear turn him into batman... so then after years off looking for him .. batman finds the joker and lets him fall into the acid turning him into the joker.....

in batman begins the guy the kills his parents is killed when he is leaving court ... unless they have a twist that that guy never died then .... doesn't look like the movies are tied into each other .
