Hey!

I'm totally excited. I just finished putting my car back together this morning. After 9 months of having car garaged due to accident last August, I'm finally back driving. The entire conversion cost about $3000, insurance covered about half.

Whats new:
gt-4 hood
gt-4 bumper
gt-4 spoiler posts
gt-4 headlights (highs and lows)

What do you all think? Any suggestions for future work? I'm going to tint windows, and lower it next. Doggy is getting me some clear turns. Maybe do something with interior. I don't know.

I love it personally, I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Long live teal!

When I bought the hood, the three plastic inserts came with it. The hood + bumper + headlights cost me $1000 but that was from a private party.

frown.gif Sorry I can't be more help. I've heard you can get them from a dealer. I work with a guy named mike in washington, and he gets me really good prices on toyota parts. He helped me find some of the more difficult to get parts for the bumper. His email is mikem@michaelstoyota.com if you want to get in touch with him, and see if he can help you out. Good luck!

Thanks for all the input everyone!

I was thinking of getting some side skirts. I wasn't sure if I was going to go with the toyota ones, or aftermarket. I'm looking around for something that looks good with the gt-4 look.

mark_426- the bumper and hood were purchased from another member on here who sold his celi, so I bought his parts off of him.

dahoman9- I got the dragon emblems off of ebay. The other spot might be to find a 71 (I think that was the year) celica in a junkyard.

tranxendz- The headlights are just the gt-4 high and low beams.

Thanks for all the advice. I am going for lowering it here before the end of the summer. Also, I've been looking around for the rear splitters. When I find some (and have a few more $$$, this drained my savings) I'll pick them up and throw them on. Also if anyone has toyota side skirts they want to sell...

I'll keep y'all posted when other things get done with the car.

No, I think it's done up right, it's just it looks a little weird since fiberglass/urethane don't look the same as metal painted.
