My car goes into the shop tonight, and I bought my buddies extra pair of supra tail lights from him for $50 (perfect shape, awesome deal). Anyways, what do I need to install them? Is the bulb wiring the same also? But my main concern right now is install, do I need tail light buckets? Links would help to. Thx guys!

It's a major custom job involving cutting, welding, and lots of bodywork.

Yeah, there's quite a bit of custom work and time involved

Werent they place angeled?? Did not like that. Was on a Bright Green car i have seen on CarDomain.

About the wiring. From the outside it has the same layout, Flash, Brake, Reverse, Driving Light as the Standard Celica lights (US and Euro, not JDM) So i ques the wires could be the same maybe the connector is different.
To look at the connector remove the plastic back panel from your trunk. Then you know if they are different or not. But it will require a lot af welding adn cutting as said above. And you need to repaint almost the whole car since the rear side panels are fixed to the whole car!

basically you're going to need either a lot of time and patience to get it right or a lot a lot (yes thats twice) of money to have someone else do it for you.
