I know it seems pretty simple to search out, but I haven't found what I'm looking for and am getting frustrated.

I'm wanting a set of 18's for the new Celica (yet to be picked up). I already have a set in mind, and they're 18x8 with a +38mm offset. I'd plan to run a 215/35/18 tire with would give me a 23.9 diameter with a .2 larger circumference than stock I.E. more than enough to be extremely close with the speedo. Anyway......

The 18x8 with the +38 offset. Is that going to fit?? Or rather, what is the proper offset for these buggers???

Thanks everyone!!

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

Good to hear the wheels will fit. So from what I've seen what you pretty much want is in the area of a +35 to +38 offset for a 7-8" width rim.

Ok, next question: What size tires are you guys running on your 18's???? It just donned on me that a 215 is probably a bit narrow for an 8" width.
