I have a kicker zx460 running at 2x30W + 120x2. I have the rear speakers running off my deck. I would like to add a second sub mono amp to drive my JL 10" woofer with the low pass filter on. Then connect my rear speakers to the kicker amp (4 channelx30w) and turn the high pass filter on. Looking at runnning between 120-> 150W into the JL 10" powerwedge rated at 120W at 4 ohms. Currently with the system cranked to wear I'd go deaf there is no alternator issues (i.e. the lights don't dim), however anyone think there might be an issue with two amps? '94 ST coupe

depends on the voltage

i have 3 amps and it used to dim like a mofo.

i guess its not the same because the amps that i have are the planet audio 2250 class d mono (2 of those) and a 100X4 amp. thats to 2 jl audio w7's.

but yea i would suggest getting a capacitor

I had an 1100 watt amp and a 650 watt amp and hardly dimmed at all - but it does take its toll. If your worried buy a cap. (capacitor)
