is it ok to constantly run octane booster? What I had in mind was to fill up with Shell 92 (****in wa) and then run octane booster every gas tank, is it possible and is there going to be a considerable increase? Id like to run as much boost as possible cause whats the fun of a turbo if u dont use it?

octane booster is pretty expensive and when they say raises 8pts, thats not 8 octane. Like every 10 pts is 1 octane, so IMO its not worth it.

good to know, ill just stick to adding a little race gas 100+ octane on the weekends -------------------- 94' ST Coupe - 5sfe Motor swap and brake swap.

you dont need race gas or any octain boosters. just run the highest pump gas you can, a good intercooler, and dont run more then 15psi on the stock turbo.

Octane booster has become a scam. Just one bottle is very expensive for how much you get, and like Supersprynt said they tell you x ammount of pts. per octane increase which is usually a bottle, so it seems like you get a huge boost when the reality of the situation is quite the opposite.
