yeah thats just like the supra hoods, its pretty cool, but I think it looks better on the supra

it doesnt even look like its cut out.. I think its painted.. because in the 2nd pic it has a glare from the sun over the vent.. like its glossy..

Its a TRD style, but I agree with creis.. it looks better on a Supra

You can read a how-to here at 6gc. It's called "Making Custom Hood Vents" It's really pretty easy.

Sweet thanks...I think i would easily screw this up so i shall print this out...and talk to my body guy! He is a genius but very quiet....Awesome work! He took a smashed up spoiler that i received and made it look better than NEW! I will show the before and afters if i must!

Still curious how the orange celica did that? Any ideas? besides graphics?

That didn't really look good on the Celi in my opinion. Something is just not right. It might be the pictures, or it might be the fact that they are probably (I'm not sure though) painted on.. It might be because of the hood being different from a Supra hood (I'm not a big fan of those marks even on a Supra).. GT-Four hood is alot nicer, imo..

I don't know if the orange Celica had um painted on or not. But I have seen just the triangle shapes cut out and done on a Celica and I think it looks awesome. Don't let everyone else's opinion sway you DJMC_Celica, I think it looks sweet. wink.gif
