question.. you said since you swapped to 3s.. does this mean that if I was to swap from auto to manual using the kit you are selling I would have to change it all over if i was to swap to 3s?

HELL OF A DEAL AND WORTH IT

but post mileage of the parts...the shifter cables tend to get hard to find people so if you're looking to swap get this. Here's a tip. Since he doesn't have the manual shifter, pick up a TRD quickshifter. That way you get the whole assembly, plus the nice trd knob and short shifter. You will also want to pick up the manual shifter trim including the little metal ring to hold the boot in place. And the parts he listed that he doesn't have are quite easily attainable from a place like nix99.com

BUMP FOR A GOOD DEAL

You could just come pick it up, I am only 8 hours away from panama city, 3 from nashville. I don't know where you live in alabama but about 6 or so from montegomery if I remember right.

Yes if you got this and then swaped to a 3s later on you would have to change the tranny, clutch, flywheel etc.. and possibly shifter cables.

Tranny has 80k on it, clutch 2k, axles I don't know but they were in great shape when I took them off, they were just rebuild about 4k miles ago, no popping etc.
