Yeah, me and the new wife just bought a house. (and got a puppy) it's a 3 bed 2 bath and it has a 2 car shop next to it. The house is nice all around but the shop is gonna need some work. It's rusted and doesn't lock and the floor is dirt, but hey, it's something to with and in. The owners also have an old s10 they were thinking about leaving. Said it had a bad altornator and the have no use for it. I figure it would be a good work truck and also the one to drive while I work on the celi.

I live in cullman and bought the house for $55,000. I couldn't believe the price but the people that owned it before were living in huntsville for the past couple of months since that's where their jods are. It's right on the edge of the cullman county line.

Congratulations. That's a damn good price. I've been a homeowner for 2 years. Your payments are gonna be cheaper than renting!

Congrats on the new house, and your marriage. Me and the wife are hopefully going to buy our first home soon after I get back from Iraq (which is very soon). What a great price, too. Around KC, that house would cost around $110.
