Been noticing a loss of power from 2800-3500 rpm. Seems like it just sorta drops off there unless I have my foot to the floor board. Fair tune up performed recently, intake and TB all cleaned out sorta at loss. This is in my car by the way not the race car.

i would check your timing and the knock sensor. might be throwing the rpm/hp out of whack.
