Getting inked, but need some imput Options

So, i wanna get my first tattoo either this coming week or the week after(depending on my paychecks). But the problem is, i wanna get a tattoo with a heartagram on it, but i cant figure out witch one would be cooler/would look the best. Pain isnt a factor for me, so im more conserned about what its gonna look like. All of the killing loneliness ones are going to be in full colour, with the writing. Tell me what u think.

i think that one would be good, in a fairly decent size, on your back, in the center...

or on your shoulder, with the "tails" we'll call them, going down your arm, and the others wrapping around the front, and back, of your shoulder...that'd be nice too.

i wanna barcode on my wrist, but then i couldn't serve at red lobster...damned oppression.

sorry man not tryin to be a dick so please don't take it that way but PLEASE don't get some gay ass tribal.. the heartagram is okay I guess but your prolly gonna end up regrettin it... I would maybe suggest something a little more timeless instead of a current fad... but thats my opinion on it... the type if Ideas you have right now are the kinda stuff your gonna get charged up the ass for cuz your artist arn't really gonna wanna do them.. I would suggest finding an artist that is actually good at tattooing (there are ALOT out there that suck) and giving him your ideas and give him/her alot of creative freedom, price should also not be your first priority.. the over all design should, also get something thats gonna actually fit the movement of the body and not something tiny

BTW just a little FYI.. I have been doing tattoos for over 11 yrs total and Over 6 year professionally =)

i got a tattoo artitst who does amazing work for cheap too. My friend ryan(whos redrawing that small one) has really really intricit celtic knots on his wrists inside a 3 leaf clover and a U. He got them both full colour, and he paid $120 each. Im gonna get a heartagram not because of the band(well partly because of the band) but mainly what it represents. Hense why im not gettin n e thin with the words HIM or n e thing on it. Plus with the "killing loneliness" one, for the first time in my life, i dont feel lonely, i have some one there with me constantly.

I was thinking about Inking myself too. I was gonna get something like a giant sword on my left arm. Man I just love Huge ass swords!

Its not bam's symbol. Bam margera uses the heartagram on his skatedecks cuz he loves the band HIM, as do I. The Heartagram is HIM's symbol, not bams. Sooooo many ppl think its Bam's symbol. HIM has been using that symbol since 1997, Bam started using it in 2001. Ive been listening to HIM since 1999.

Pretty much this is how the symbol came to be. Its a mix of a pentagram and a heart. Im getting it because it represents the only two things i feel are true in the world. Love and Evil.

Don't get a tattoo for any of those reasons. Draw something on your own and have that done if anything. That way you'll be representing your self. Both of my sisters have a couple tattoos that they drew and had done, but they're artisticly inclined. Tribal wings are gay unless you belong to a tribe. They're the 2000's version of barbed wire.
