hey guys, im making progress with my swap. i just need to get oil in it before i try starting her up. i just dont have the dipstick in. i found the hole where it goes, but i need a pic of where it sits when its in, and where the bracket bolts onto the engine.

mark_426 ... you mind taking a pic that shows the clearence between the koyo radiator and the downpipe? sort of like a top side view pointing down.

thanks for the pic... that koyo looks like it wouldnt fit with my ic piping .a good thing to know ahead of time.

dont boost at all without the ic. id be so scared to even drive it like that.

awesome!

yeah thats for an mr2...but i have an mr2 motor so that's relevant. so that problem is, where the tube bolts on...i dont have a bolt there...that goes to the radiator, and i got a new radiator and that piece doesnt look like that anymore, nor does it have that bolt.

yeah like i tried to tell you before.... somone i know put an mr2 motor into their celica and had to convert over to the alltrac dipsitck and holder. you might have to track on of those down or buy it new from toyota

I'll let you know... turbo is clocked, wastegate actuator is mounted.. coolant, oil, and vac are hooked up... just waiting on getting some piping in and bent... and then I'll have pics. Yaay.
