upload the picture somewhere like http://www.photobucket.com . take the url of the image in put it in between the brackets "[IMG][/IMG]" without the quotes.
for ex) ['img]http://www.6gc.net/images/member_photos/1956_1.jpg[/img'] (dont add the ') turns to be -
