im watchin nopivision on tv and i just saw a red 6gen drag car. fully caged out with drag slicks on it... ON THE BACK!!! this is the one in fl. anyone seen this b4.

EDIT: Career highlights = Runner up 2005 Moroso. That sucks that that's his best highlight. Got to give him some credit for running the Celica in that class though. 503e is the pure race engine found in Rod Millen's Pikes Peak Celica and Tacoma. Mechanicly similar to the 3SGTE but share none of the same parts.

i actually got the PRIVILEGE of seein it race at battle of the imporst back in spring..that thin flys!! i had mentioned it a while back in one of the forums, the one bout the fastest 6gc around. After seein this car at the track, it made me proud of owning a 6gc.

That 6th gen is RWD. The s54 tranny is FWD. More than likely he's had a custom bellhousing made to mate to a drag transmission like GMs TH400 or the like or, it's possible that he's using a W series trans from the Supra with a bell housing from a 2c or 2s enginge.

best speed 1688 MPH!!! thats insane. I wonder if the guy had to go for a face lift after driving in the car. And yah the car is RWD! Not FWD! Lool closely at the pics. C the rear's spinning not the front!
