The bracket is two pieces. One piece bolts to the block with three bolts the other is pressed onto the carrier bearing and is bolted to the other half of the bracket using two bolts. I've got the axels in my garage along with the 3S on a stand so I'll bolt it up tonight for you and take a pic if no one else has one handy.

you also need to remove one of your intake manifold supports. IM me later, i might have a vid of how mine is done.

Checked it out on my lunch break. The carrier bearing bracket from the s54 axels only lined up with two holes on the 3S block. One where the intake manifold support was and the other directly below. The third hole on the bracket had nothing to bolt to. Is that normal?
Also, the intermediate shaft that goes into the transmission seems awfuly close to the block.

I'll have pictures this evening. The wife likes to leave dead batteries in the camera so they've gotta charge for a bit.

yep, thats how you do it. its one of those swap things people forget to write about in their swap how-tos.
