Ya I went to one of the sites in the engine swap section called venus and the carry the st215 3s-gte motor for celicas it should be the 6th gen to

THe ST215 will be the new 3sgte for the 2003/4 Caldina (Matrix) GT-4

these are the chassis codes for the whole car not the engine

st165 87-89 All Trac (USDM) GT-Four (JDM) this has the 1st gen 3s-gte 200hp
st185 90-93 All Trac (USDM) GT-Four (JDM) this has the 2nd gen 3s-gte 225hp
st205 94-98 GT-Four (JDM) this has the 3rd gen 3s-gte 255hp
st215 not sure on year but its for the JDM Caldina this has the 4th gen 3s-gte 260hp

yes it will fit but good luck finding parts. just looks like those guys at that site got stuck with this engine and now they want to sell it cheap

if i were you i would say to go with the 2nd or 3rd gen 3s-gte. less expensive is the 2nd gen with just as much power potential.
