Only 55 miles from me, called and talked to a nice old lady about the car lol..

Seems like a good investment.. Even though its an auto, I'm still going to turbo it with a shift kit..

I'd hold out if you plan on pouring money into it. Its a bad idea to have a project car with high miles. Plus, you'd love a manual so much more man. Although I gotta admit the market is getting pretty bad lately. I bout mine about a year ago, and it took me forever to find one. My friends said i should go with a ford, or a honda or something, but for the money i had, my celica can't be beat. Good luck.

Definately try to talk them down on the price. I think they set the price high on purpose, so don't seem TOO eager to hand over 5g. The mileage is alot for that price too. Check out kbb.com to see what its worth.

I bought my Celica a week ago from a Toyota dealership. It's a '95 GT, white, 110k miles.... very clean (prev owner was 45 years old) and the sticker price was 5,995. We talked it down to 5,000 with TTL. I would't pay 5,000 for over 110,000 miles, especially from a racer kid or something. Just my opinion. Oh, and this is my first post! wink.gif
