Need help taking off the 94 bumper? I was able to take off most of the screws and bolts but the problem is four circular screws just inside the mouth of the bumper behind the license plate area that is giving me a hard time. There is also a flat metal bar that runs across these four screws. I can't use a flat head or a phillip screw driver nor a socket wrench. It's pretty hard to pull off and I dont wanna break anything. Any ideas?

^ i second that, i also broke 2 of mine off, but since somebody hit me and the bumper was already damaged, i had no reason to go easy on it, i actually decided to take a serrated knife and cut the plastic screws off at the heads...

they pop off. If they break, it's OK. Either don't put the bar back on (no difference) or just go to an auto parts store and buy more of the plastic things.
