I know that they are cheap oviously, but this is the look I want, and I dont want to spend a lot of money on gauges. My question is what is the gauge reading in, cuz it isnt psi is it?
Also if I get a good manual boost controller, will this gauge be do-able.........link

Ohh man, and thats cuz I really like the way your gauges look. Pure sexiness, I just dont want to spend that much on gauges, like I said earlier

Ok, correct me if Im wrong but 1 bar is about 14.50 psi right, so where would that put you 5sfters on a bar gauge, cuz I know yall aint hitting 14 psi?

yea 1 bar is 14.7psi. i'm hitting half a bar as of now. so it's around 7-8 psi. and who said 5sfters can't hit 14psi. manny hit 14.5psi once wink.gif BUT! i don't or neither would manny recommend anyone to go that range. that's to dangerous. remember. stock 5sfe is not meant for boost, people who attempts that are risking their engine to blow..

my only recomendation is to try to find a gauge that reads only around the boost level you know you will ever run in the car. getting something like a 30psi gauge would be overkill on a celica, stick to something that reads 15-20 psi max. that way the needel will have a nice range of motion and the numbers will be spaced out more and easy to read.

he did that on the track.

he hit 14psi on the dyno and 15psi on the track. With his current setup he creeps to 10 or more pretty easily
