pro car parts clear turn signals, is this problem normal??? Options

I have the invader front bumper, and I have the stock lights on, but theyre mounted all the way upfront. I didnt like the way it looked so I was going to try to move them back but i cant because theres that metal bar there. im sorry but I dont know what its called its just the bulb housing is too long and it hits the metal bar thingy.
....oh yah, i wanted to get the clear turns, I was just checking if i would be able to move them back.
