What do yall thing about the 5th gen celica?, might be getting one Options

Well, my girlfriend's step sister's boyfriend got locked up a couple days ago, and he was paying for a celi, that he got from some lot.
My gf asked me if I was interested, because she knew I wanted a beater car or something, so that I dont have to use my celi everyday, for all those long trips, to school and back (these roads hear suck for a kit). My gf, nor her mom has any info, but I do know that they want take over payments of $40 a week, but the total price left is $600. I went to go check it out at night from the other side of the gate, and its all stock from the outside, and looks decent, its also standard(they say).
It needs a little lovin, but Im good at that.
Heres the thing....are you ready??
I was planning on spending that money on turbo parts, that I was already fixin to buy for my 5s, but this just seems like something I cant pass up.
I also just wanted to know everyones thoughts on the 5th gen.

as far as looks go, the front end is alright, even though I'm not a fan of the pop-ups. I think the interior and the rear are butt ugly. is it a gt?

I like em. I was going to buy a 5th gen as a beater if I couldn't find a second 6th gen, but I found a 6th.

i loved it.
should have kept it but at over 150k miles, it was time to sell.

I'd rather have a 4th gen. I don't like the back end of the 5th gen, or the interior.

I actually thought the back was pretty decent, but its the front I dont like so much...
I really want it to practice my body workin skillz on, but mainly to get around, and c'mon the interior isnt that bad.....

i love the 5 gen, you have to love the pop-up head lights.

but the back is disgusting. I hate how it is square and toyota tried to make it round. Its like it doesnt belong on that car.

But over all i like it. its easier to park cuz it doesnt have those buldges the 6gen have.
