I was wondering do they make clear fogs lights like the one for the clear and turn signals? Cuz if you have a low and high projector lights, clear, and sides that leaves the fog light looking mismatch. So i was wondering if you guys know any way of getting one clear. It would look so ~clean~! Im gettin a digi cam today so ima start posting my 2 cars soon and maybe 93 mr2 if my mom agrees to buy it for me. what a great year for me so far.

^i dont get the joke... anyway, yes, im very sure u can make it clear. just polish the lens and it should remove the grid lines... the same way doggy made the lens for his custome low-beam projectors. exactly how you do that... i wish i knew.

sorry, I guess it's just IMO an MR2 isn't a car a parent should buy for their kid. I've seen too many wrecked by kids whos parents bought them a turbo MR2 for their birthday etc and they had no idea how to drive it and didn't appreciate it.
But yeah, the clear fogs would be hawt -------------------- 1999 Celica GT

im 19 turning 20. My dad bought the salvage convertible for me when i was 18. He was suppose to work on it but hes always goin out. Its a long story how i got these cars. But i could explain. My lil brother is 18 hes my twin. My dad is a mechanic working at a toyota dealership. I moved out cuz of the drama. But anywho me and my lil bro work on the car to get it running. We got help here and there but we got it running. The idle is horrible and sometimes stall. Vac leak somewhere and running too much rich fuel. I could see the smoke from the exhaust when gassing it. We'll I work at Fry's selling laptop and computers(comission). So im making pretty nice to pay my rent and bills. Saved up some money and around November of 2005, i found a 97 Celica GT hatch on autotrader in OK, liked it and drove there to see the car and it looks nice outside with a lil dent. But when u drive it you couldnt shift to 2nd, 4th, and reverse. I really love the car and the owner said its something with the syncro. I knew it would b a bitch fixing it, but it was a good deal. I got the car lowered to $2800, they requested $3500. A day later i found out it wasnt the syncro its the clutch cable, the lower cable was snapped. Bought another cable and replaced it. Since my bro moved out with me, i had to buy him a car too. He failed a grade and is a senior in HS. He's a 240 fan. So we found a 89 240sx coupe automatic on sale for $700 in Austin, went to checked it out. bought it. Did a manual swap, had some problems doing it, but fixed it. Later on about Dec. 31 after visiting mom. On the highway i downshift to pass up, my flywheel bolts started to come off, you can hear the bolts flying out. So it broke down, have to get it towed. The next day it got broken into which was this new year, took my subs, amp, and my freakin battery. Took down the tranny and the bolts were still in the tranny just the top bolts were torn off. Now i either #1. take out the engine apart and to fix the crankshaft or #2 a KA motor. Since im buying everything for my car IM BROKE. So went to mom to ask her for help. Unfortunately she thinks what we're doing is stupid. puttin a motor in an old car that broke down alot and that were too young to do this type of stuff. she doesnt really get it. its our first time doin an auto to manual tranny so there was a lil mistake here and there but we know what to do now. I would pay for a motor but i need to work on my car. She said she has a friend selling a NA 93 Mr2 for 3500. But she's seeing if she can help us out cuz she's remarried with her own kids to feed. ill start posting pix soon. I couldnt get my cam today cuz it was out of stock at Fry's mad discounts. daym Im starting to feel unwelcome ... Ill just keep it legit now.

Nope makes a lot more sense now, I didn't mean to make you feel unwelcome or anything man. It's just that in the town I live in there's a lot of money, and a lot of parents who spend it on their kids. For instance, in high school I bought my own car, etc etc and parked next to brand new Camaros, Mustangs, BMW's etc that kids parents bought them. The drunk kid that ran into my first Celica did it in the Cobra Mustang that his dad bought him, and after that his dad bought him a BMW to upgrade lol. I guess that makes me biased to just seeing parents buy cars for kids, but yours is a much better reasoning to it.
BTW where are you from? We don't have Fry's around here but I'm guessing it's sort of like Best Buy? I think I was in one in Florida once, could be wrong though. -------------------- 1999 Celica GT
