Well, it took me 8 months - a good friend of my dad, and parts. (the reason for stopping was a girl, she pretty much sapped all my money away)
Alot of things had to be modded actually - starting from the top - down. The header design was perfect, but on the left bolt pattern size was alittle over and the alternator was blocking it from going flush - so we grinded it down, the left side of the bolt pattern -> head. not the alternator, lol.(this man has probably 100k invested into a machine shop basically so fabrication of parts was nothing)
- we had to cut and weld an o2 sensor flange on the flex pipe (im not even shure what its really called, im so nub)
-had to make a mount extension from the flex pipe to the body - the stock one has it but the aftermarket one i installed was abit off, so we had something like a Z for a mount extension.
- and the famous 1' exhaust gap because theres only available for the camry so its obviously not right.

after all was said and done, an exhaust leak was found after driving around abit and im going back tomorrow to hopefully get it fixed! im guessing o2 sensor had problems cuz we jerry rigged a gasket on it, im just going to go to toyota tomorrow to get one. (or some exhaust shop)

and i know this thread is useless w/o pictures. i only had my camera on my phone at the time so ill upload those soon!

*update - fixed 1 of the exhaust leaks, sound is improving with fixing the leaks. it was a problem with 2 of the flanges being flush, because there was 2 different flanges used because of the time inbetween all the exhaust stages
Found out the gasket for the header was bad, so im going to run to toyota tomorrow and get one
after everything is fixed im going to post pictures and before and after video/sound clips

congrats on the header thumbsup.gif

The only thing I had to modify on mine was the 02 flange and extending the b pipe. And I am dsamn glad I got it. It realy does make a difference, smoother accelleration, quicker responce.

its probably because of the header style the company choose, u probably lucked out, but so far my only big problems are from my gaskets taking a dive.

On your 7A's what plugs are you running? I have a header - O2 sensor and OBX muffler that sounds great. The only problem is that I was getting an odd idle with Bosch platinum +4 now with NGK Iridium IX it has great power in the morning when it is cold but sucks when it gets warmer during the day (no matter what temp the engine is).
