So I fineally got her today, 300$ later and a Tow and shes all mine a 1977 Celica GT fastback, I love her so much its insane, so many big plans. I dont know how much of it ill post on here because some of you guys get all bent out of shape if isnt a 6th gen, but ill be a fun project.

So far Ive got some Idea's, no clue on color yet but, V6 (tacoma swap), 3sgte, 3sge(beams), 20v, 22RTE or building the crap out of the stock 20R.

O yeah and for the some that noticed this gives away some of my mods, HKS Hi-Power Muffler, Shaved: Rear Wiper, all squiters, wing, and soon the antenna, 3rd brake light, and gas door.

My boss had a '77 GT liftback with a 20/22R hybrid and some Mikunis; fun little car. We did some cam evaluation and valvetrain development on it. Now it's being set up for road racing by a guy with a sweet '83 that runs in GT3. Plenty you can do with the RWD celica, brings back memories.

I know a guy up here who has a junked Celica with a JDM 22R (or is it 22RA?) with a gasket leak somewhere. I am sure he wants to get rid of it, if you are looking for something like that.

take out those side drafts and pop in the true 8T type engine. It will really scream with that engine that was meant to be in there.
